Located in one of the most Historic blocks in Tribeca this top floor apartment is an iconic NYC dream loft. This former cord and twine factory built circa 1850 was a complete gut renovation. Keeping with the open plan we converted the 2200 sq feet into a large kitchen, dining room, living room home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. 

We made a point to maintain the authenticity of this quintessential Tribeca loft, keeping the exposed brick and tearing out the drop ceilings and sandblasting the exposed beams. We laid herringbone walnut floors with a natural looking oiled finish. Also strategically placing the master bedroom in the back of the apartment to avoid street noise. The interior was decorated with a timeless look leaning heavily on vintage furniture and bringing in features such as the Aga stove.
