Once called home by Bob Dylan's manager, this Gramercy Park, key holding, apartment boasts of 5 floors, 2 patios and a rooftop. This was the dream house renovation for our clients and their children created in conjunction with Anne Marie of AMP interiors and architects. 

Formerly a 7 unit apartment building the plan was to convert back into a one family residence. Our concept was to renovate the first floor parlor maintaining as much of the original authentic look and feel while each floor brings in more and more modern elements as you go up. The final layout consists of a garden level with access to the patio, the parlor, the second floor houses the master bed and bath, the third floor is where the children’s rooms are and the top 4th floor contains an office and living room.
